Venus’ Song
At last, Venus found herself beside the moon,
finding it impossible to not look up.
So, you decided to open up your heart, he said -
his radiant glow blinding
as he beckoned her forth.
Sometimes, you just know, she replied -
weary from lifetimes of interstellar debris -
and sealed her words with a kiss.
